Mini Minor Playgroups
Providing a safe environment for parents and their young children to play and socialise is a priority use for our facilities at Windsor.
The vision for playgroups grew out of the discovery of a small group of parents & their children playing in an old, worn out sandpit attached to the McIlwrick Street facilities. The changing demographics in the region created the need and a couple of young mums stepped up to take on the challenge. Mini Minor Playgroups have continued to grow from strength to strength.
The Multi-purpose Room serves as the perfect setting to relax and meet new friends over a great coffee. A sandpit is a hot item for the children in the warmer months. There is an interesting range of toys & play equipment that changes regularly.
